利用2013年我国31个省区的截面数据,分析了星级酒店平均租金的省际差异及影响因素。首先将各省区星级酒店平均租金划分为三个等级,并以各省区人均可支配收入、城市化率、每百人接待游客量为自变量,构建星级酒店平均租金与各变量之间的关系,定量分析了三个因素对星级酒店平均租金的影响。其中,人均GDP与城市化率的边际影响最大,分别为5.129和2.655,游客密度的边际影响为0.037。研究结果可为酒店企业定价和旅游者目的地选择提供参考。

英文摘要：

With the cross- section data of 31 provinces in China of 2013, the interprovincial differences and influential factors of star hotel aver- age rents were analyzed. First, the star hotel average rents of different provinces were divided into three levels. Then per capita disposable income, ur- banization rate, visitor density of per hundred people as independent variables were regarded to construct regression equations between star hotel aver- age rents and these variables respectively. Next, the influences were analyzed that the three factors had on hotel rents. The resuhs showed that the mar- ginal contributions of per capita disposable income and urbanization rate were bigger, they were 5. 129 and 2.655 respectively, and the marginal cont- ribution of visitor density was 0. 037. The results could provide valuable references to the hotel pricing of tourism enterprises and destination choices of tourists.
