英文摘要：
In a crowdsourcing contest,a crowdsourcer can choose to give some feedback or no feedback to contestants,and choose to announce or hide his/her feedback strategy.We find that the effect of the feedback strategy depends on the payoff type of the crowdsourcer.If the payoff is equal to the total efforts of all the contestants,hiding feedback strategy is optimal.If the payoff is equal to the highest effort of all the contestants,no feedback strategy is the worst,and the optimal strategy depends on the number and capability distribution of all the contestants and the number of the contestants who receive the feedback.
