英文摘要：
In this paper, the concept of parent-subsidiary enterprise is defined, and the enterprise resources within network system are classified and contrasted, then the general working orientation of parent enterprise is discussed within this network system. It can be concluded that parent enterprise is a creation and management core of public resources within parent-subsidiary enterprise network sys- tem. After analyzing the influence of parent enterprise on the management strategy of public resources inside the network system and the influence of resources difference within the network system on heed-quarter function installment, we can search the principle of headquarter function and structure installment within the parent-subsidiary network system.
