With the rapid development of cross-border E-commerce, oversea warehouse has been widely concerned. In this pa- per, the construction methods and status of oversea warehouse are analyzed. Based on the problems of oversea warehouse construction like higher cost and technical requirement, it puts forward some suggestions from the perspectives of the govern- ment, society and enterprises.
