As for the mobile health and smart medicine industry which is at the ＂staggered＂ stage, two-way interactive relationships between market and technology are making the industry＇s business model in the process of differentiation and polymerization. On the basis of outlining the current business model innovation map, the relationship between business model and industrial ecological network is systematically studied. The research shows that temporary entry barriers of new technologies will gradually disappear. Market pioneer with full of vigorous ecological network will achieve economies of scale, thus to generate sustainable barriers to entry. To achieve organic growth of industrial ecological networks, management mechanism with aspects of ecological network＇s top design, multilateral coopera- tion mode, the innovation patterns and the vitality evaluation needs to be established.
