In this paper, the status and characteristics of engineering consulting enterprises are summarized. The necessity of knowledge management for engineering consulting enterprises is expounded and the framework and function are discussed using the cases. Based on it, it discusses the sharing and transformation of tacit knowledge and proposes some efficient suggestions for engineering management consultation enterprises to develop knowledge management.
