多胺精制系统的任务是脱除粗多胺中的苯胺和水,针对现有工艺存在的精制效果差、消耗高等问题,分别对影响汽提塔和干燥塔的因素进行了模拟分析,提出了相应的改进措施。改进后的流程,增加了汽提塔和干燥塔的理论板数,减少了直接蒸汽和氮气消耗;汽提塔底增设蒸发器,提高物料出口温度;利用汽提塔的直接蒸汽,增加二级蒸汽喷射系统,降低干燥塔的操作压力,减少了一个洗涤塔,提高了精制效果。改进后的工艺具有操作简化、消耗降低、质量提高等优点。
The purpose of polymethylene polyphenyl polyamines purification system is to get rid of anilin and water. The stripping tower and drying tower are two main separation units in the system. These two units are simulated and corresponding factors are analyzed aiming at the problems in the actual operation. Some improvement is proposed. The number of theoretical trays in stripping tower and drying tower is increased and the amount of stripping steam and nitrogen is decreased. The bottom temperature of Striping tower is increased through adding a reboiler. A steam jet making use of the direct steam of stripping tower is added to decrease the operation pressure of drying tower and the washing tower is cut off. The retrofit on the system lead to simplified operation, decrease of direct steam and nitrogen and improvement of product quality.
