中文摘要:

中科院大连化学物理研究所是中科院最具创新实力的高技术强所之一。该所自2004年主持承担中科院重要方向项目“基于现代理论和技术的复方中药系统研究”以来,面向我国中药研发和生产技术的重大需求,采用现代理论和技术对复方中药进行前瞻性、先导性的系统研究,在科学发现、技术突破、集成技术创新和战略性技术储备方面取得了重要进展。 组分中药系统研究是以传统中医药理论作指导,以标准组分分离制备、系统化学及生物学表征为基础,集中药基础研究、新药开发及生产三者为整体的系统工程。通过发展新的分离材料、表征方法,开展标准组分及其配伍的系统生物学表征研究和国际接轨的中药标准,阐明中药物质基础与作用原理,科学诠释传统中医药理论,积极推进中药的现代化进程,建立标准化、资源化、国际化的中药研究创新模式。组分中药系统研究所形成的整体思路和技术方法,为进一步提高中药现代化领域的科学研究能力起到了重要的推动作用。本期杂志以专题研究形式刊载了一组论述组分中药系统研究的论文,以飨读者。

Editor's note:Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics is one of the most well-known innovative scientific institute with the strong ability for strategic hi-tech development. Since 2004, the institute has contracted the research programs from Chinese Academy of Sciences on systematic research on Chinese medicine compound based on modern theory and techniques. The programs were carried out aimed at to the crucial needs of the research and development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and its production techniques. The modern theory and techniques was applied for the prospective, leading and systematic research on Chinese medicine compound. The programs have made important progress on science advances, technique innovation, integrated technique innovation and storage of strategic technique. Based on the instructions by the traditional Chinese medicine theory and standard component separation and preparation, systematical chemical and biological characterization, systematic research on the Multi-component Chinese Medicine (MCCM) is a systems engineering with the combination of TCM fundamental research, the new medicine development and industry production, Through the development of new materials and their characterization techniques, the investigation of biological characterization of standard component and its compatibility and the establishment of standard operation processing of TCM matching up to that of international standard, the chemical constitutions and its mechanism on TCM can be clarified. Subsequently, the theory of traditional Chinese medicine can be scientifically explained. Furthermore, it can actively promote the modernization process of TCM, and the establishment of standardized, resource-based and internationalized innovation research model of TCM. Hence, the monolithic solutions and technology was formed in the basis of systematic research on MCCM. It can significantly benefit on the improvement of the research ability for scientific research on the field of modernization of TCM.Th
