英文摘要：

The paper selects the key evaluation indexes of China＇s intellectual property rights market development and economic growth, uses co integration test and Granger causality test and Grainger generalized regression analysis, studies the relationship between intellectual property rights market development and economic growth during 1992 ~ 2013. The empirical study shows that there was no obvious causal relationship between the intellectual property market development and economic growth in China from the establishment of the socialist market economic system to the present. Intellectual property market devel- opment has not pulled obviously economic growth, we should make further efforts to promote the diversity of market main body construction of the intellectual property, improve intermediary service quality and variety of the intellectual property, establish and perfect the intellectual property market transaction legal ect...
