Dynamic ability has important influence on the sustainable development of enterprises. The dynamic ability of enterprise in intellectual property intensive industries is mainly reflected in intellectual property right. The article builds matrix according to reality ability and potential ability of enterprise＇ s intellectual property right. It di- vided enterprise into four types. The modes about improving the enterprise dynamic ability have four types too. They are dominant control, market maintenance, key breakthrough, closely following. Enterprise should choose and adjust the right mode according to the ability situation.
