People＇ s livelihood happiness is the fundamental mission of five development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing. Meanwhile, the construction of intellectual property powerhouse is a vi- tal support for the five development concepts and a critical path to people＇ s livelihood happiness. To demonstrate the inner relationship between intellectual property and people＇ s livelihood happiness, this paper empirically inves- tigates the effects of intellectual property on people＇ s livelihood happiness, and puts forward several policy propos- als, based on the five development concepts, for promoting people＇ s livelihood happiness.
