以欧洲葡萄F1代株系15-1—9为试验材料,在叶片上接种葡萄白粉菌后,分别在0、5、10、15、20、25、30d取样,测定叶片的过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性、可溶性蛋白质含量、丙二醛和木质素含量等生理特性的动态变化,为葡萄白粉病的防治和葡萄抗白粉病育种提供基础参考资料。结果表明:葡萄叶片感染白粉菌后,POD、CAT、PAL的酶活性均高于未接种的健康叶片(CK),呈上升趋势,而PPO活性则呈下降趋势,并且在后期略有回升。接种后叶片的可溶性蛋白质含量降低,丙二醛、木质素的含量有不同程度上升。由此可见,葡萄白粉菌的侵染对叶片内的生理特性的动态变化有较大影响。
Used the material of Vitis winifera F1 individual 15-1-9 and artificial inoculation with Uncinula necator in these leaves, after 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 d Sampling, the dynamic change in activities of Peroxidase, Catalase, Polyphenoloxidase, Phenylalanine Ammonia Lyase, contents of Protein and Malonaldehyde and Lignine content in different periods were studied. After these leaves were infected by Uncinula necator, in order to give a base for selecting resistant cultivar and assist to prevent diseases of Uncinula necator. The results showed that activities of Peroxidase, Catalase Phenylalanine Ammonia Lyase were stronger than uninoculation(CK) and rise up, activities of Polyphenoloxidase go down to contrast the CK. Later periods had a bit of rise. Protein content was lower than uninoculation. After inoculation content of MDA and Lignine were elevated. So infected by Uncinula necator had a larger impact to biochemical and physiological changes in grape leaves.
