在分析经典胜任力模型的基础上运用扎根理论的方法,对建筑内环境设计师的胜任力进行了内容维度的分析与提取,并建立了一套合理可行的胜任力指标体系。在此基础上,提出了运用支持向量机对设计师的胜任力等级进行评价的方法。通过实证分析发现,文章提出的评价体系和评价方法可以有效针对设计师胜任力水平进行评价,从而为建筑内环境企业的人力资源管理提供参考和借鉴。
On the basis of the analysis of the classical competency model,this thesis enlightened under the grounded theory analyzes and extracts decoration designers' competence from a content dimension. A set of feasible competency index system is also established in this paper. Based on this,an evaluation method which is used to evaluate the designer's competence level is proposed in this thesis. The evaluation system was proved to be effective for the evaluation of designer competency level through the empirical analysis. Thus the conclusion can provide a reference for decoration enterprises to optimize their human resource management.
