为了探究销轴节点在大跨度楼面桁架中的承载性能,采用ANSYS建立三维有限元模型,模拟不同荷载工况下销轴节点的力学性状,并与试验结果进行比较。分析表明:有限元模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好,验证了有限元结果的可靠性。模拟分析中,子结构中的构件先于节点发生破坏,满足了强节点弱构件的要求。销轴节点满足承载力及正常使用要求,但在实际工程中应考虑销轴间隙带来的影响。总体来说,有限元能够很好地模拟销轴受力情况,可以辅助销轴设计。
This research aimed at investigating the capacity of pinned connection in steel structure work. Finite element models were built up by ANSYS software and different condition under different loading were simulated to analyse the influence of load on bearing capacity. The results showed the simulated results were similar to the experimental ones,which proved the reliability of the finite element results. Damage occurred earlier in substructure members rather than joints. Pinned joints met the capacity and normal using requirements while the influence of gap around pin should be considered during practical engineerings. In conclusion,the results proved that the finite element models could simulate the pinned joints well and these models could be helpful to pin designing.
