为了对蟹岛钢结构大棚工程进行安全性评估,抽样检测该工程的屋盖网架的截面尺寸、杆件直径、壁厚、长度、球节点等尺寸,并采用MIDAS有限元设计软件建立整体结构模型,分别验算承载力极限状态下结构的承载力情况和正常使用极限状态下结构的变形情况,并按相应规范进行复核。结果表明:钢结构大棚整体符合规范要求,但个别杆件需要加固改造。
In order to estimate the safety of the steel structured shed in Xiedao,the section size of grid structure,diameter of member bars,thickness of pipes,length of steel frame,and dimension of sphere joints are inspected.The overall structural model of the project is established with MIDAS.The situations both in carrying capacity limit state and service ability limit state are calculated.The steel shed structure is proved to be in accord with the requirement of the specifications as a result,but several members of the grid have to be reinforced.
