合肥新桥国际机场航站楼屋盖由大跨度多榀钢结构刚架组成,刚架由箱形斜柱,大曲率箱形曲梁和转换节点以及空间桁架组成。空间桁架和箱形曲梁之间的转换部分被称之为转换节点,由于此处的几何和刚度的不连续,使得转换节点处易形成复杂的几何受力和应力集中,因此,转换节点是整个刚架的关键部位。本文针对典型刚架GJ3.6、GJ3-4和GJ3.1。建立了ABAQUS有限元模型,施加六种承载力极限状态荷载组合,重点研究了转换节点细部构造对节点受力的影响,为此类节点的设计提出了合理的建议。
Hefei Xinqiao International Airport Terminal is a steel structure consisting of long-span rigid frames. The long-span frame consists of box columns, large curvature beams, tapered box girders and space trusses. The joints between the space truss and the box girders named truss-to-box girders connections are the critical parts of the whole structure, because of the discontinuity in both geometry and stiffness which result in high stress concentrations and complicated mechanical properties. GJ3-6, GJ3-5 and GJ3-1 of the airport terminal are modeled by ABAQUS. Structure internal forces at six load combinations of the ultimate limit states are calculated. Lower chords of the landside connections sustain large tensions, while web members of the airside connections sustain large pressures. Since these truss bars are directly connected to the cover plate of the box girders, better design details are recommended to reduce the stress concentrations caused by the geometrical discontinuity.
