目的研究新加坡植物园展览温室单榀拱结构及局部拱段在轴力、剪力及弯矩组合作用下的受力性能,解决单拱结构的稳定性问题.方法选取了冷干温室与冷湿温室中跨度最长的单榀拱结构及承受最不利荷载组合作用的局部拱段,运用ANSYS及SAP程序建立了有限元模型,进行了特征值屈曲分析及全过程分析,得到了相应的全过程曲线及稳定系数.结果冷干温室单拱稳定性系数最小为2.19,冷湿温室单拱稳定性系数最小为2.15.拱段的最小稳定系数为0.85,在加固处理后稳定系数增至2.22.结论新加坡植物园单拱的稳定承载力满足要求,而部分区段的拱结构稳定承载力偏低.对该区段的拱截面增加加劲肋后,其稳定性满足要求.
This paper analyzes the mechanical stability of one single arch of Conservatories at gardens by the bay in Singapore and that of some single arch sections under combination of compression, shear and mo- ment, solves the stability problem of single arches. Firstly, the single arches of Cool Dry and Cool Moist con- servatories whose span are the longest ones and arch sections who bear the worst load combination are cho- sen, then finite element models are built with ANSYS and SAP, the bucking analysis and full-range analysis are carried out, and the corresponding full-range curves and stability factors are obtained. The minimum sta- bility factor of single arch of Cool Dry is 2. 19 ,while that of Cool Moist is 2. 15. The minimum stability fac- tor of arch section is 0. 85, which increases to 2.22 after some reinforcing treatment. The results show that the stability bearing capacity of single arches meet requirements ,while the one of some sections don't. Afterusing the stiffening ribs ,the local stability reached requirements.
