Research and development of hardware driver of ARM chip S3C2410 are introduced including working principle of four wire resistive touch screen, working mode of S3C2410 touch screen controller and research and programming of hardware driver of ARM chip S3C2410 in Linux operating system. This system is used.in embedded system of early faults trend estimation, and plays a active role in the large rotary sets fault diagnosis and trend estimation, because it has little volume ,good performance and it is cheap.
