大型旋转机组状态检测及故障诊断系统除了要求设计美观的软件组太界面,同时也要求保存大量的数据及输出报表。使用图形化开发环境LabVIEW能够高效快捷的开发虚拟仪器软件系统,但用其进行大容量监测数据的管理及输出报表存在一定难度。因此提出了一种在LabVIEW环境下,通过使用ADO技术实现对数据库的操作,完成数据的存储及管理,以及使用ActiveX技术生成Excel数据报表的方法。
State monitoring and diagnosis system of the large rotary sets usually needs perfect program interface, mass data storage and data reports. Graphical programming language LabVIEW can develop virtual instrument software system. But it is difficult to manage the mass monitoring data and output reports with it. A method is proposed to operate the database by ADO technology and generate Excel reports by ActiveX technology under LabVIEW environment.
