The diagnosis and prediction system of large equipment based on configuration software is studied to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment running and achieve scientific maintenance. The system structure and the function achieved by the diagnosis and prediction system and human-machine interface (HMI) are described. The design based on configuration software possesses the merits such as reliable running, easy operation, convenient updating and friendly interface. The configuration design provides a new way for the research on the diagnosis and prediction system.
