[目的]建立QuEChERS-气质联用法同时测定土壤中16种农药残留的方法。[方法]通过乙腈提取,QuEChERS进行样品净化,经DB-1701色谱柱分离,选择离子模式下同时测定。[结果]16种农药残留在20-1000μg/L范围内线性关系良好,方法的检出限(S/N≥3)范围为0.8-13.5μg/kg;定量限(S/N≥10)为2.7~45μg/kg。样品回收率为67.5%~97.9%,相对标准偏差为1.9%-9.7%。[结论]该方法稳定、准确且简易快捷,可同时满足土壤中残杀威等16种不同类型农药残留检测的需要。
[Aims] A method was developed for simultaneous determination of 16 kinds of pesticide residues in soil by QuEChERS and gas chromatography-mass spectromter (GC-MS). [Methods] The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, and purified by QuEChERS method. The target compounds were separated on DB-1701 column and detected under selected ion mode(S1M). [Results] The linear relation of 16 compounds was good in the range of 20 to 1000 μg/L. The limits of detection (S/N≥3) varied from 0.8 to 13.5 μg/kg, and the limits of quantitation (S/N≥10) varied from 2.7 to 45 μg/kg. The average recoveries ranged from 67.5 to 97.9%, and the relative standard deviations ranged from 1.9 to 9.7%. [Conclusions] This method is reliable, accurate, simple and quick, which can meet the requirement of simultaneous determination of the 16 pesticides in soil.
