采用高效液相色谱法,测定各种品牌奶嘴中的双酚A含量。通过调整色谱条件对检测结果的影响,得出最佳的色谱条件为:甲醇/水(V/V=80:20)作为流动相,流速为0.8m L/min,检测波长为280nm,进样量为20μL。在此优化条件下,采用系列浓度的双酚A标准溶液,绘制其标准曲线,结果显示在1.0-20.0μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,线性方程为y=4816.3x+5322.5,相关系数R^2为0.99993,相对标准偏差RSD(n=11)为0.12%,检出限(S/N=3)为0.36μg/m L。将这个方法用在奶嘴中的双酚A的测定,回收率可达85.5%-105%。
High Performance Liquid Chromatography was used to determine the content of Bisphenol A in various brands.Through adjusting the effect of the chromatographic conditions on the detection results,the optimal chromatographic condition was determined: Using methanol / water( V / V = 70: 30) as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 0. 8 ml / min,the detection wavelength was 280 nm and the injection volume was 20 μL. Under the optimized conditions,the atandard curve was drawn with a series of concentrations of Bisphenol A standard solution. It was found that there was a good linear relationship within the range of 1. 0 ~ 20. 0 μg / m L. The linear equation was y = 4816. 3x + 5322. 5,while the correlation coefficient R^2 was 0. 99993,and the relative standard deviation RSD( n = 11) was 0. 12%,the detection limit( S / N = 3) was 0. 36 μg /m L. Using this way in the determination of the Bisphenol A of the nipples,the recovery rate could reach 85. 5% ~ 105%.
