目的探讨不同强度运动对老年大鼠空间学习和记忆的影响。方法将老年Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为4组:对照组、低强度运动组(每天训练15min)、中强度运动组(每天训练30rain)、高强度运动组(每天训练60min),训练8用后,采用Morris水迷宫时各组大鼠的学习和记忆能力进行测试分析,并对测试后大鼠大脑皮层组织进行HE染色分析。结果在学习能力测试中,低强度运动组大鼠寻找到平台的潜伏期明显短于对照组和中高强度运动组;中高强度运动组大鼠的潜伏期短于对照组。在记忆能力测试中,低强度运动组大鼠在目标平台象限搜索时间百分比多于对照组和中高强度运动组;中高强度运动组大鼠在目标平台象限搜索时间百分比多于对照组。另外低强度负荷刺激下的大鼠大脑皮层神经元数量明显增加且形态一致。结论运动可以促进老年大鼠的空间学习和记忆能力,尤以低强度运动表现得更加明显。
Objective To explore the effect of different athletics intensities on spatial learning and memory in aged rats. Methods Male Wistar aged rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: a control group, an athletics training of low intensity group (15 rain per day), a medium intensity group (30 rain per day)and a high intensity group (60 rain per day). After 8 weeks, the Morris water maze was used to observe the leerning and memory in rats of four groups. Results In the learning ability test, the latency of rats in the low intensity group was less than that of rats in the control group, medium intensity group and high intensity group; the latency of rats in the medium intensity group and high intensity group was less than that of rats in the control group. In the spatial probe test, the percent of swimming time in target platform quadrant in the low intensity group was more than that of rats in the control group, medium intensity group and high intensity group; the percent of swimming time in the medium intensity group and high intensity group was more than that of rats in the control group. Conclusions These finding suggests that athletics can enhance the ability of spatial learning and memory in aged rats, especially low athletics intensity.
