新课程教育改革要求教师切实理解和贯彻新课程理念,对教师的教育价值观、能力、素质和专业化程度提出了更高的要求。对于初中教师而言,更应转变教育价值观与教育、教学行为,以适应新课改的要求。本文通过对黑龙江省8所初中教师的教育价值观现状进行了问卷调查与统计分析,为教师教育价值观的转变提出相关建议。

New curriculum reform requires the teachers to effectively understand and implement the concept of the new curriculum.It also requires higher degree of the teacher＇s educational values,capacity,quality and specialization.To the teacher in middle school by changing teachers＇ educational values and teaching behavior,they can adapt to new requirements of new curriculum reform.In this paper,the author applied questionnaire method and statistical analysis method to analyze the current status of educational values in eight middle school teachers of Heilongjiang Province.The author indicates that there are some problems and proposed to change the educational values of teachers.
