以河南油田稠油采出污水为主要研究对象,以氧化镁作为除硅剂,研究了氧化镁投加量,pH及不同pH调整剂对除硅效果的影响。实验结果表明在使用氢氧化钙作为pH调整剂,pH为10,投加300mg/L氧化镁时,硅的去除率可以达到60%。
In the paper, the effect of quantity of magnesia, pH and different pH regulator on removal of silica was investigated when magnesia as desilica agent was used in treatment heavy oil wastewater in Henan oilfield. The results showed that on the condition of calcium hydroxide as pH regulator, pH of 10 and 300 mg/L magnesia, removal percentage of silica could reach 60 %.
