以河南油田稠油采出污水为主要研究对象,以氧化镁作为除硅剂,研究了不同种类的絮凝剂,不同反应时间对除硅效果的影响。实验得出用聚铝作为絮凝剂、聚铝用量300 mg/L、反应时间为60 min时除硅效果最好,污水中SiO2的含量可从150 mg/L降到55.5 mg/L,其除硅率可以达到63%。
For heavy oil wastewater from Henan oilfield,removal of silica has been investigated under the condition of different flocculants and reaction time when magnesia has been used as a desilica agent.The results showed that on the condition of aluminum as a flocculant and the aluminum usage was 300 mg/L and the reaction time for 60 min,the content of SiO2 in wastewater from 150 mg/L to 55.5 mg/L,63 % of silica could be removed.
