英文摘要：
In this paper, the moment estimators of Kappa distribution are derived under full sample size case, and the uniqueness and existence of estimators are proved. Then, the precisions of q~he estimators are investigated by Monte-Carlo simulations. Finally, the feasibility of this method is illustrated by the actual precipitation data of Beijing, Tanjin, Nanjing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
