This article discusses methodology for deriving the asymptotic distribution of maximum like-lihood estimators of model parameters in accelerated life tests when the form of the stress-life relationship is not linear.Under some given conditions,the robust designs are obtained for estimating the p-quantile at use conditions.A numerical simulation is also given to show that the proposed method is efficient.
