HPM研究的目的是通过数学史的运用,提高数学教育水平。HPM主要关注数学史与数学教育相结合研究的领域。HPM视角下的数学教师应实现教师自身数学观、教学内容以及教学方式三种观念的转变。至少有两种数学史料的使用方法:直接使用原始文献和编写适合课堂使用的教学材料。
The objective of the HPM research is to improve the level of mathematics education through the application of mathematics history, which focuses on the combination of the research of mathematics history and mathematics education. The mathematics teachers in the view of HPM should carry out three kinds of ideological changes, that is mathematics outlook, teaching content and teaching methods. There exist at least two kinds of methods for applying the historical material of mathematics: to use original materials directly and to compile teaching materials suitable for classroom teaching.
