为了进一步提高时栅运动分度转台的定位精度和减少系统的响应时间,研制了基于μC/OS-Ⅱ的分度转台伺服控制系统。系统以具有数字信号处理(DSP)控制指令集的STM32F4作为微处理器,采用单神经元PID控制算法,以伺服电机作为驱动装置,利用高精度时栅角位移传感器作为运动分度转台位置检测单元构成一个闭环控制系统,利用闭环控制技术,达到精密分度。实验结果表明:分度转台伺服控制系统的响应速度快,分度定位精度达到±2″,表明这种方案可行。
In order to improve positioning precision of time grating indexing turntable further and reduce response time of the system,research and fabricate servo turntable control system based on μC / OS-Ⅱ. The system uses STM32F4 with digital signal processing( DSP) control instruction set as microprocessor,apply single-neuron PID control algorithm,use servo motor as drive device,use high-precision time grating angular displacement sensor as turntable grid position detection unit which constitute a closed-loop control system,so as to achieve precise indexing. Experimental results confirm that the system responses fast and the indexing precision reaches ± 2″,it shows that this scheme is feasible.
