在时栅位移传感器传统通信模式的基础上,提出了一种基于uIP协议结合嵌入式系统的具有网络化功能的时栅位移传感器模型。针对网络功能模型的在线故障诊断功能,分析了时栅位移传感器的故障来源和检测方法。同时给出了远程初始校验和大数据采集等方面的设计方案,时栅位移传感器的网络化设计方案将全面提升时栅产品的信息化、智能化和网络化功能,同时也将促进时栅位移传感器产业化发展。
On the basis of traditional communication mode of time grating displacement sensor,put forward a time grating displacement sensor model with network function based on uIP protocol combined with embedded systems.Aiming at online fault diagnosis function of network function model,analyze fault sources and detection methods of time grating displacement sensor. At the same time,give design scheme for remote initial calibration and large data collection,network design scheme of time grating displacement sensor comprehensively enhance informationize,intelligence and cyberize functions of time grating products,and it also promotes industrialize development of time grating displacement sensor.
