基于机构机械效率与瞬心之间的关系,提出了机构处于死点位置时机构瞬心需满足的充要几何条件,避免了处理复杂代数方程,并且在处理多杆机构时优越性更加明显;基于瞬心法分析了五种六杆机构死点位置发生时的几何配置条件,为研究机构综合中多杆机构曲柄存在的难点问题提供了有效的方法。
Based on the relation of mechanical efficiency and instantaneous centers, the necessary geometric conditions for the instantaneous centers of a linkage when it was in dead--center positions were given. This methodology avoids the handling of complicated algebraic equation and remains valid for the mechanisms with prismatic joints provided instantaneous centers can be located. Based on the method possible configurations of the six--bar linkage in dead--center positions were listed, and this method presents a way for the problem of whether a crank exists in a mechanism.
