为了探索其制种高产栽培技术,充分挖掘该系列不育系的制种产量潜力,采用四元二次正交旋转回归设计,研究了氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)及密度对棉花双隐性核不育系2095-2A杂交制产量的综合效应。试验结果表明:(1)氮肥、密度、磷肥三因素对产量存在显著的影响,氮肥〉密度〉磷肥〉钾肥;(2)最佳高产方案为:N293.56~332.76kg/hm2、P2O5141.05~172.84kg/hm2、K2O130.05~188.99kg/hm2、密度为2.6426~2.9382万株/hm2;(3)K和单铃重的相关系数为0.518,制种生产中应重视钾肥的施用量以提高种子质量;(4)公顷铃数与籽棉产量的相关性达极显著,因此,应把提高公顷铃数作为提高制种产量的主攻方向。
This experiment based on the design of 4 factors and 5 level secondary orthogonal regression was to make the target function of ginned cotton yield.The results showed:density,amount of N applied,amount of K applied had the great influenced on yield of ginned cotton,in which,the influence of density was the greatest,and that of amount of K applied was the smallest.Based on the analytical results,the regression equation of the ginned-cotton total yield was formed as followed:N 293.56-332.76 kg/hm 2,P 2 O 5 141.05-172.84 kg/hm 2,K 2 O 130.05-188.99 kg/hm 2,density 26426-29382 plants/hm 2.The correlation coefficient between K and boll weight was 0.518,the amount of potassium fertilizer should be valued to improve the quality of seeds in seed production.The boll number per hm 2 and ginned cotton output correlation coefficient was extremely obvious,therefore,to improve the boll number per hm 2 was the main way to raise the seeds yield.
