为了分析羊口疮病毒湖北株（ORFV-HB-YX株）B2L基因遗传变化规律,参照Gen Bank公布的ORFV-B2L基因序列设计特异性引物,对ORFV-HB株B2L基因进行PCR扩增、克隆、测序以及遗传进化分析。结果显示,B2L基因PCR扩增产物大小为1 137 bp,编码379个氨基酸,系统进化树显示HB-YX株与Gen Bank参考毒株的核苷酸序列同源性为97.0%-99.0%,与福建FJ-GS株同源性高达99%亲缘关系最近,属于同一分支。

In order to analyze the orf virus Hubei strain（ORFV-HB-YX strain） genetic variation of B2L gene,specific primers were designed for-B2L ORFV gene based on the sequence published in Gen Bank,B2L gene of ORFV-HB strain was amplified,cloned and sequenced,and the genetic analysis of B2L gene was carried out.Results showed that the PCR product of gene B2L was1137bp.encoding 379 amino acids,Phylogenetic tree showed that the homology of nucleotide sequence of HB-YX strain and GenBank strain was 97.0% - 99.0%,and the homology was 99% when compared with the Fujian FJ-GS strain.HB-YX strain and the Fujian FJ-GS strain belong to the same branch.
