为了分析羊口疮病毒湖北株（ORFV-HB-YX株）F1L基因遗传变化规律,参照Gen Bank公布的ORFV-F1L基因序列设计特异性引物,对ORFV-HB株F1L基因进行PCR扩增、克隆、测序以及遗传进化分析。结果显示：F1L基因PCR扩增产物大小为999 bp,编码333个氨基酸,系统进化树显示HB-YX株与Gen Bank参考毒株的核苷酸序列同源性为95.0%-98.0%,与福建FJ-GO株同源性高达98%,亲缘关系最近,属于同一分支。
英文摘要：
In order to analyze the orf virus Hubei strain（ORFV- HB- YX strain）genetic variation of F1 L gene,specific primers for ORFV- F1 L gene sequence published by Gen Bank was designed,the PCR gene of ORFV- HB strain was amplified, cloned and sequenced, and the genetic analysis of F1 L gene was carried out. The result displayed that gene F1 L amplification product size was999 bp, encoding 333 amino acids. Phylogenetic tree showed that the homology of nucleotide sequence of HB- YX strain with Gen Bank strain was 95.0%-98.0%, the homology with the Fujian FJ- GO strain was 98%,it indicated that they belonged to the same branch.
