基于空间计量模型,选取我国28个省市2007~2013年的面板数据,分别探讨了贸易成本对各省市经济总量和服务业经济发展的影响。在此基础之上,同时采用简单权重矩阵和地理权重矩阵,检验并比较了各省总体经济和服务业经济的空间溢出效应。实证结果表明,贸易成本对各省市总体经济和服务业经济均具有正向促进作用,但经济总量对贸易成本的敏感度比服务业经济要高。此外,各省市的总体经济增长和服务业增长都存在空间溢出效应。最后,本文提出了提升经济增长总量和服务业发展水平的政策建议。

英文摘要：

Based on panel data of 28 Chinese provinces from 2007 to 2013, this paper uses spatial econometric model to discuss the impact of trade costs on total economy and service economic of each province respectively. On this basis, the article tests and compares the space spillover effect of overall provincial economy and the service economy by using simple and geographical weight matrix at the same time. The empirical results show that the trade costs have a positive role in promoting the provinces overall economy and service economy, but the total economy is more sensitive to trade costs than the service economy does. In addition, the growth of overall economy and service industry has spatial spillover effects. Finally, this paper proposes policies and recommendations to enhance the level of overall growth and development of the service sector of the economy.
