The speed of social public service development in Jiangsu is quick, the key industries development is outstanding and the characteristics of development is quite obvious, but it also faces institutional factors such as social public service spatial distribution is not reasonable, the public service system between the internal system of structural imbalances, gap between urban and rural areas lack fairness, etc. And this article puts forward the policy suggestions to complete the social public service.
