Britain, the United States, Canada and Japan and so on have formed different characteristics and models of typical public service system, promoting the development of public services, improving the satisfaction of the social public to the gov- ernment. Combing and reference to their construction modes is helpful to promoting the development of China＇s public services effectively and healthily.
