文章以江苏省为研究空间,基于Tapio脱钩评价模型,利用江苏省十三年的碳排放、GDP、能源消费量、工业总产值与城镇人口数据进行脱钩测算,并在因果链恒等式基础上对实证结果进行结构分析。江苏省碳排放脱钩趋势尚不明朗,碳排放很大程度上受到工业化、城市化、能源消费结构等因素的影响,但是其工业结构加重了环境负担,加快推进循环经济刻不容缓。

Taking Jiangsu Province as the research object andusing theTapio decoupling evaluation model,this article analyzes carbon emissions,GDP,energy consumption,industrial output and urban population data for the period 2000-2012.The results show that the trend of decoupling carbon emissionsis not yet clear and that carbon emissions are heavily influenced by industrialization,urbanization,energy consumption structure and other factors.However,it is clear that in Jiangsu Provincethe industrial structure is a heavy burden on the environment and that it is imperative to speed up acircular economy.
