文中介绍了高温管道保温层优化设计的研究现状,分析了高温管道保温层厚度在不同约束条件下的数学模型以及计算方法,以及在保温材料和保温结构方面的研究结果。综合分析了当前存在的主要问题,提出应针对管道保温层材料、结构和经济厚度优化算法开展深入研究,以更好地解决保温管道设计和更换管道保温层等问题。
This paper describes research status of high-temperature pipe insulation layer design optimization, the mathemati- cal model and calculation method of high temperature pipe insulation layer thickness under different constraints and research results of thermal insulation material and thermal insulation structure were analyzed. And the existing main problems that currently existed were comprehensively analyzed. It is proposed that in-depth study should be carried out against aspects of pipe insulation layer materials, structural and optimization algorithm of economic thickness in order to better work out practical problems about the design and replacement of pipe insulation layer.
