为解决纺织企业计划层与车间制造层之间数据表示、集成问题,首先,对制造过程中业务及数据流程问题进行了分析,构建了面向制造层面的纺织制造执行系统体系框架;然后,对制造执行系统中的数据约束规则、数据形式化表示、异构数据库的集成原理进行了设计与优化。其次,在局域网环境下,开发了一种面向制造层面的纺织制造执行系统。通过系统功能的实际应用,结果表明:经数据问题设计与优化后,制造执行系统有效实现了计划层与车间层之间数据的有效衔接,解决了企业内部数据重复度高,利用率低的问题。
In order to solve the problem of data expression and integration between production planning layer and shop manufacturing layer in the textile enterprise, first, the workflows for business and data was deeply analyzed, and a system framework oriented to manufacturing layer for textile manufacturing execution system was built. Then, data constraint rules, formal representation, heterogeneous database integration principle in the manufacturing execution system were designed and optimized. Second, in the LAN environment, a textile manufacturing execution system oriented for manufacturing-level was developed. As verified in the practical application of the system, the results have shown that manufacturing execution system has achieved effective data convergence between production planning layer and shop manufacturing layer after designing and optimizing the data problem, and solved the problem of high duplication degree and low utilization of internal data.
