通过对河南省濮阳县、杞县、固始县、汝阳县失地农民的深入调查,基于564户的调查数据,运用logistic模型对失地农民被征用土地的意愿及其影响因素进行了分析。结果表明：失地农民对征地补偿满意程度及对征地后生活改善预期、征用地在养老保障中的作用、农户家庭成员健康状况、受教育年限、是否有非农劳动技能等因素对失地农民土地征收意愿具有显著的影响。为此建议：应当建立多元化征地补偿方式,提高补偿标准;加速推进农村社会保障体系建设,使失地农民无后顾之忧;完善失地农民的再就业与创业帮扶机制,使失地农民失地不失业等。
英文摘要：
Based on the data from in-depth investigation of 564 peasant households in the four counties（Puyang,Qi,Gushi,and Ruyang）,the author uses logistic model to analyzes the peasants＇ land expropriation desire and its influencing factors. The result shows that the obvious influencing factors are as follows：the land-lost peasants＇ satisfaction of land expropriation compensation and their expectation of life improvement after land expropriation;effect of the expropriated land on old-age security;physical condition of the family members;years of schooling,and non-agricultural skills. Therefore,related suggestions are provided：to set up diversified land expropriation compensation modes and raise the compensation standards;to promote the construction of rural social security system so as to free the land-lost peasants from worries;to improve the reemployment assistance and support system to ensure the employment of land-lost peasants after land expropriation.
