This paper studies a primitive digraph with three cycles of order n（let n≥7 and n = 2s-1） which contains one n-cycle and two s-cycles.Based on the definitions and correlative theory of scrambling index and generalized scrambling indices,the scrambling index and generalized scrambling indices of the primitive digraph are obtained.
