组织的知识整合日益受到学者的重视,但相关研究对知识整合的影响因素研究较少。本文研究组织内部软件层面的内部社会资本和组织文化对知识整合的影响,并以华南地区151家企业为对象运用结构方程模型进行实证研究。理论贡献在于证实了内部社会资本和组织文化对知识整合均有显著的直接正向影响,而且内部社会资本和组织文化之间存在显著的相关关系。结果为企业通过提高社会资本争运用组织文化来提升知识整合能力提供了理论基础争实践参考。
Knowledge integration shows more and more important role, but the schoar seldom take into account the factor influencing knowledge integration We examine the relationships among firm - internal social capital, knowledge integration and organizational culture through structural model in this paper. The sample of this study has 151 companies in South China. We proved that: Firm -internaI social capital has a distinct direct positive impact on knowledge integration;organizational culture has a distinct direct positive impact on knowledge integration;Firminternal social capital has a distinct direct positive relation with on organizational culture. The research will put forward some suggestion for Chinese firms to improve knowledge integration capability.
