目的探讨用最小剂量^60Coγ射线照射导致小鼠死亡的较好:手式,寻找减轻异种骨髓移植时免疫排斥反应的最适射线剂量。方法取45只昆明小鼠,随机分为3组,照射时分别用有10mm厚盖板、4.5mm厚盖板和没有盖板的鼠盒,每组又随机分为3个亚组,每亚组5只,分别给予^60Coγ射线10.0Gy,12.0Gy和14.0Gy全身照射,观察照射后小鼠的生存状况。结果鼠盒有10mm厚盖板组和没有盖板组^60Coγ射线照射最小致死量为12.0Gy;鼠盒有4.5mm厚盖板组最小致死量为10.0Gy。结论使用有4.5mm厚盖板的鼠盒进行照射是对小鼠γ射线照射的较好方式。
Objective To explore a better irradiation method for minimal lethal dose of ^60Co γ-ray in mice,and to explore the optimum ray dose for reducing the rejection of xenogeneic bone marrow transplantation. Methods Forty-five Kunming mice,weighed (16 ± 2)g,were randomly divided into three groups. The mice were radiated in box with 10 mm thick cover in group A, with 4.5 mm thick cover in group B and without cover in group C, respectively. And each group was randomly divided into three subgroups. The mice in 3 subgroups were radiated by 10.0 Gy ^60Co, 12.0 Gy and 14.0 Gy, respectively. The.mouse living .status was observed. Results The minimal lethal dose of ^60Co γ-ray was 12.0 Gy in group A and group C, while it was 10.0 Gy in group B. Conclusion It is a better irradiation method for the optimum of minimal lethal dose of ^60Co γ-ray using box with 4.5 mm thick cover
