目的：检测银屑病患者与对照组骨髓基质细胞分泌IL-3与IL-7的水平。方法：采用密度梯度离心法分离患者与对照组骨髓单一核细胞，通过贴壁法培养骨髓基质细胞，传代后流式细胞仪检测细胞表面标志并用ELISA法检测上清液中IL～3和IL-7的水平。结果：患者组骨髓基质细胞分泌IL-3显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），而IL-7的分泌水平两组间无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论：银屑病骨髓造血微环境可能存在异常。
英文摘要：
Objective： To measure the levels of IL- 3 and IL- 7 secreted by bone marrow stromal cells in patients with psoriasis and controls. Methods： Bone marrow mononuclear cells of psoriatic patients and controls were isolated and measured by density gradient centrifugation. Bone marrow stromal cells were cultured with adherent method, And then, the cells were cultured. The phenotypes of cells were identified by flow cytometry and the levels of IL- 3 and IL- 7 were detected by ELISA kits. Results： The level of IL - 3 secreted by bone marrow stmmal cells of patients was significantly lower than that of control （ P 〈 0.05）, and there was no significant difference in the level of IL - 7 between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Bone marrow mal in psoriatic patients.
