提出了一种科学评价需求侧管理对于缓解N-1事故后的紧急工况向后续危机(包括电压失稳危机和线路跳闸危机)发展的态势以及对提高其坚韧度的作用的方法。提高节点负荷阻抗模与戴维南阻抗模比值较小的节点的阻抗模比值可缓解后续危机,并提高紧急运行方式的坚韧度。算例结果表明,本文提出的方法能够较好地融合电网安全运行态势分析和需求侧管理,有效减少调控负荷点和负荷量,充分挖掘供电能力,科学合理地平衡电网安全和供需之间的关系。
A method, which can scientifically evaluate the role of demand side management (DSM) in the situation that after the remission of N-1 accident the urgent operation pattern develops towards subsequent crisis, including voltage instability crisis and line tripout crisis, and that in enhancing the tenacity of urgent operation pattern, is proposed. In this urgent operation pattern, increasing the impedance module ratio of nodal load impedance module to Thevenin impedance module can remit subsequent crisis and improve the tenacity of urgent operation pattern. Calculation results of ameliorated 30-bus power system show that the proposed method can better integrate the situation analysis of power network secure operation with DSM, effectively reduce the number of node where the load should be adjusted and controlled, fully exploit the power supply capability and balance the relation among power system security, power supply and power demand scientifically and reasonably.
