基于电力网络源流路径电气剖分的联络线功率调控方法

为公平有效地实施联络线功率调控,提出了一种联络线调控方法。该方法由两个调整阶段构成:第一阶段根据关联自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)机组的调节容量和联络线功率偏差信息,确定送、受端网络中的机组调整对象;第二阶段基于电力网络源流路径电气剖分法确定相关机组的功率调整因子实施联络线功率偏差调控,通过对送、受端网络中与联络线关联路径链的剖分,定量获得在某一网络状态下与联络线关联的源流实际利用情况和相互之间的供求路径电气信息,从而进一步获得送、受端电网中相关机组集合的功率调整因子。文章在确定功率调整因子时充分考虑了机组是否需要在非AGC机组辅助调节情况下修正调整因子。根据联络线功率偏差情况及功率调整因子可进行相关机组调节。最后以新英格兰10机39节点系统为例进行了仿真,结果表明所提出的调整方法是可行的。

英文摘要:

To implement tie-line power regulation fairly and effectively, the authors present a new approach that consists of two regulation stages. In the first stage, according m the available regulation capacity related to AGC units and tie-line deviation value, the units to be regulated in both sending and receiving sides are decided and the tie-line power deviation is eliminated by AGC units or non-AGC units; in the second stage, based on the electrical dissecting method for power source and power flow path in power network the power regulation factors of related units are decided to implement regulation of tie-line power deviation. By means of dissecting the path chain related to tie-line in both sending and receiving sides, the practical situation of power network utilized by power sources and power flows related to tie-line under a certain network state as well as the electrical informanon of power supply and demand paths relative to each other can be obtained quantitatively, thus the power regulation factors of related unit sets in both sending and receiving sides can be further determined. When the power regulation factors are determined, it is also fully considered whether the regulation factors should be modified while non-AGC units are used as auxiliary regulation. According to tie-line power deviation value and power regulation factors the regulation of related units can be performed. The proposed regulation approach is simulated by New England 10-machine 39-bus power system and the results show that the proposed regulation approach is feasible.
