在厂网分开的电力市场初期,首先开放年度、月度合同交易,以后再考虑逐步开放日前、实时交易。东北区域电力市场试点,当前处于日前市场开放前阶段,从实际情况看,这一阶段估计要持续3年~5年。在此背景下,如何进行高峰有功调度已成为一个亟待解决的问题。文中就此问题建立了高峰调度基本框架,提出了高峰调度偶对协调法。根据机组响应能力和机组引起的网损微增率的大小,把机组划分为偶对匮乏机组集合和偶对充裕机组集合,并根据偶对协调法的思想对2机组集合分别建立了调整模型。在高峰前沿,通过这2个机组集合的调整事先做好有功储备以应对随后爬峰过程响应能力不足问题。提出的偶对协调法可同时考虑提高攀峰响应能力、减小网损和消除网络阻塞问题。对我国某实际系统的算例分析结果表明了算法的可行性。
In early period of electricity market under deregulated environment, the yearly and monthly contract trade is firstly opened, then the day-ahead electricity market and real-time electricity market are opened gradually. In the northeast China regional electricity markets, only yearly and monthly contract trade is opened and this state may persist three to five years. In this context, peak load dispatching has become the problem to be urgently resolved. The basic frame of peak load dispatching is built in this paper and symplectic coordination method is also presented. Based on the response ability of generators and the network loss incremental ratio of generators, the generating units are divided into two groups: the symplectic generators lack of regulating capacity and the symplectic generators surplus of regulating capacity. The regulating models for two groups are constituted. The former will be supplemented and the latter will be released. By this means, active power can be reserved in advance during peak load for fear of the response capability lack. The proposed method considers not only improving response ability of climbing the peak load, but 'also decreasing network loss and avoiding congestion. Its feasibility is proved by a practical system case.
