Firstly, the definition of deductive system is given and its properties are investigated on the MTL-algebras Secondly, the concept of co-annihilator is introduced and its behavior is discussed in the MTL-algebras; Finally, the relation between co-annihilator and deductive system is researched in the MTL-algebras, and it is proved that in the MTL-algebras the co-annihilator A^⊥ of a deductive system A is a prime deductive system if and only if A is linear and A=/= {1}.
